The difference between material connector & Finished connector

Posted on 13th Jul 2018 @ 5:11 PM

Material connector can be a connector put together with spare parts and fiber stub, not assembled sets;and it is also can be a semi-finished product of the assembly process of individual pats; The jumper connector is the finished connector that has been solidified on the optical cable and completed the polish test and all other processes.

The difference is:
1.SC and FC, the tail handles are different. The material connection use a special long tail handle for easy installation, and all jumper connections are use the conventional handles.
2.The process of material connection only includes assembly of individual parts; The jumper connection complete all the jumper production processes, such as threading, curing, polishing, all relate test etc.. completely connectors.
